In school there is always so much talk about grades, especially in the higher grades. How good they manage the work in school and it is important that they get the grades at the end so they can move on. Now the Centre-Right Alliance wanted to take the grades lower in the classes and im not sure that it is such a good thing to to... I think it´s enough with grades in the fifth grade, the younger kids have their
For the first I think that children shall be children so long they have chance to be, they need to grow up so fast in the social life when they are so young and when you look at the children today they seem to be more grown up than we were when we were at the same age. But in shool I think they shall enjoy and learn without feeling the press to be best and to do as much as they can to . They have to feel that they can be kids.
Every child develope at different levels, they are individual, some of them may be very good at mathematics in the third grade and some maybe don't understand anything, but the next year it falling to place for them to. It's so difficult when they are in my opinion "to young", we will have some kids who need extra time to understand things and we have they who is further than the other in our class. Kids in class compete with eachother in almost everything and I don't think that is a good way to learn things in school. Those kids that isn't as good as the best in class might feel bad about not reaching the grade and manage to do what the other kids can, maybe just give up and think that they can't do anything.
The school have their aims that they should work with and the kids shall reach them, and I think it enough untill they gets a little bit older and wiser. To consentrate on their own business and learning is the best for them in the lower grades. The system was good the way it was in many ways. This is a change which is to big. Our work is to make the pupils feel that they grow and learn things, and this change will make it harder I think!
That's some reasons why grades in the lower primary school isn't a good thing, my advice to the government is therefore to think again and try to see all the negative effects that might be
current at this point. A child needs to be a child and they need to take the time they need to learn things and understand the meaning of it.

Hello Karin!
SvaraRaderaNice reaging your blog. I agree with you that the grades are for the older children. I really feel that kids are to be able to be kids!
You have nicely divided your statements into pharagraphs and eath pharagraph deals with one argument. Good!
I feel your introducion could have been a little more about the context of the text. You have more background facts than a hint to the reader what the text are going to discuss in your text. It seems that the last words in your thesis statement has been lost?
I think you have a good finish where you sum up you arguments and makes a clear statement.
Keep up the good work Karin!

Hey Karin!
SvaraRaderaWell as you probably know by now the last piece of your thesis statement is missing. My first thought is that you could use a different synonym for the word "grade", to make a clear difference since it's used twice in the same sentence.
Your introduction should tell us more about the other contents of your text, maybe use the second sentence later in the text as an argument to counter.
Otherwise i feel that you have understandable arguments in each paragraph with clear topic sentences.
