We have four different seasons here in Sweden. I think it's amaizing and some of them are more enjoyable then the other. Winter is cold and the snow lays on the ground, and you can go skiing which is one of my favourite activities. Then spring comes and make the grass, trees and flowers grow and it starts getting warm in the air. After the spring the summer is here with sun and bathing. When the autumn comes the leaws turns into many colours and at last they fall down. When that beutiful autumn is over the brown, grey and rainy autumn takes part, it isn't so pleasant anymore. So my favourite season is the summer, it's just so lovely.
First of all you have vacation, you can do whatever you like whenever you want to. You can stay out late in the evenings and just hang out with your friends in the summerheat until the night becomes morning and it isn't even cold outside, I just love it. There are barbeques and picnics everywhere.
My second reason is that you can sunbathing and bath, which I'm a huge fan of. Near my parents place we have a brew at the lake "Vättern" were we spend almost every sunny day. It's so lovely to sunbathe, you feel the sun warn your body into the bones and don't have to think about all that has be done, because there is nothing that you have to do right now anyway.
Finally and the most interesting thing is that the mood changes so much when it gets hotter outside and the sun just have to show her self and people starts to feel better. The summer makes the whole body to feel better, the hair, skin, mood and strenght gets a new start and the energy is maximum. You can see that people have got another passion in their faces, and seems to feel better. At least it is so for me. That's why summer is my favourite season.

You have an Introduction, three paragraphs and a Conclusion. It seems like your final thought and conclusion are in the same paragraph. perhaps you could have separate them and have the conclusion in a own paragraph.
But when I read I understood that the para. contained both parts.
Your thesis statement is very clear and then you explain why summer is your favourite season. That´s good.
You also use some linking devices like first of all and finally.
Over all it was a great blog! So let´s hope we will have a fantastic sunny summer this year!
